In partnership with PSMC, Taiwan, we are building a state-of-the-art, AI-enabled 300mm (12-inch) Fab in Dholera, Gujarat. The planned Fab is expected to have a total monthly capacity of 50,000 wafers for Analog and Logic IC chips based on 28nm to 110nm technologies.
- Our foundry offerings will include silicon proven IPs, a full range of verified EDA solutions, flexible design environment through cloud, and comprehensive design services solutions.
- Tata Electronics’ manufactured semiconductor ICs will serve a global customer base with applications across high performance computing, communications, automotive, IoT, and data storage markets.
- The Dholera Fab will meet the industry’s highest environmental and sustainability standards to create competitive differentiation for our customers.
